Very nice hotel

I stayed in this hotel last week. I enjoyed my accommodation in a big and a comfortably room, the excellent breakfast, the internet wi-fi with a high speed. The staff was especially helpful in all requests, the central location of the hotel was in close vicinity to all points from the city.

Здравствуйте, я был в этом отеле и остался доволен. Номера очень хорошие, есть всё необходимое. Убирают каждый день, полотенца меняют каждый день, всегда чисто, персонал приветливый, доброжелательный, вежливый. Всегда готовы прийти на помощь.
Завтрак отличный, мне понравился. Кухня очень хорошая.
В целом, всё очень даже хорошо. Отель замечательный.

Generally good

very pleasant service, nice staying in Moldova hotel Elat but the breakfast is stil weak. You should make it more differentive.

Home in a hotel

Nice, small, Moldova hotel downtown Chisinau. Large, comfortable, rooms; the staff is really friendly and if you get to spend more time there you get a feeling of being home. It wouldn't be bad, though, if the breakfast coffee would be espresso without the customer having to ask for it personally. Also, the option for the TV channels in the room is a bit strange; I would be perfectly happy with the Moldovan package (Jurnal TV, Publika, Moldova 1, etc.) doubled by some international channels (CNN, BBC, Euronews in English, TV5, some music channels, some sport channels, the Discovery and National Geographic networks, HBO in English)

Exactly what I needed!

Excellent location (city center-better then othe Moldova hotels, yet quiet area)
Nice, clean and comfortable room
Very helpful and discrete staff

A small island of happiness

What I can say.....I found Elat Hotel in March only after 10 trips in Chisinau. In April I went back there and I think it will be my reference point for the next stay.The staff is serious, efficient and very friendly. The girl of the receprions are charming and always have a solution for any problem. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable and for the breakfast you can choose anything you want. I recommend it!

cosiness, comfort, individual care

The hotel staff at once puts you at ease with their genuine friendliness and customer care. Elat is not the type of hotel where you feel watched by a team who is trying to anticipate your desires and constantly bothering you with offering their service. And the same time, without being overwhelmed with artificial servility, you always get what you need. If I am to describe my stay at Elat in three words, they would be: cosiness, custom and care.

В целом впечатления положительные.
Хотелось бы порекомендовать:
1) Больше уделять внимания стабильной работе WI-FI.
2) В некоторых номерах входная дверь имеет щель над полом, что приводит к тому что в номер проникают звуки из корирода.
Это очень неудобно утром, когда персонал отеля начинает делать уборку - в номере становится очень шумно.
